Need a challenge? In the magazine view of "We're Still Here," there is a science /design challenge - can you come up with a tool to open a snack bag?

Thursday Learn how children in other countries get to their schools in "How Do You Get to School?"
Read the story and talk with someone about what you learned.
Now, watch the video "Beyond the School Bus." (below the article)
Think about what kind of transportation you'd like to take to school. Would you like to ride a horse? How about a helicopter or a sled? In your notebook (or download paper from the "Home" section of our class site), draw a picture that illustrates how you'd like to get to school and write a few sentences explaining why.
